Each sale is considered accepted and final once the sales process in place on the site is fully completed.

Once this process is completed, the buyer receives an order confirmation email and becomes the owner of the product(s) ordered upon shipment by Khalamité Shop.

The site undertakes not to transmit any personal data to any third party who is not a partner of the site. All collected information complies with the current CNIL regulations.

The prices applicable to each product are those displayed on the site at the time of placing the order. Apart from vouchers / promotional offers and discounts that may be applied for commercial purposes, no price changes can be applied.

The prices displayed are inclusive of all taxes (TTC).

Payment is made online using a secure payment system. Banking data is communicated directly via the site to the structures directly and solely concerned with payment operations. The site guarantees that it does not collect or store any data relating to the bank transaction necessary for the payment of the order.
