Delivery times are given in good faith as an indication only; any delays that may occur cannot give rise to any compensation on our part, nor justify any refusal of the goods.

You can choose different delivery methods:

• France: €5.90
• Europe: €8.50
• International: €35

You have 30 days to return any unsuitable products (free in mainland France). Please note that no worn or washed products will be accepted for return. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service directly at sav@katanga.fr

You can then drop off your package at a post office, and we will proceed with an exchange or refund upon receipt and verification of the products.

During the holiday season, returns are extended until January 31st.
